<p class="blog-details-desc">Amboli is a Maharashtrian version of an uttapam. It is made slightly thick. It can be served with any chutney of your choice but goes best with green chutney. This is a no ferment and instant dosa, which is fantastic for those hurried mornings.

<td>Flip over and cook on the top side once cooked on the underside.</td>
