Refund and Cancellation Policy


Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the products /services provided, we will replace the products, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Only in situations where we fail to replace then we will refund your money. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

No Cancellation of orders allowed to any perishable products like Vegetables and Fruits. In case non-perishable products like Grains, Pulses and Cooking Oils etc, clients have the liberty to claim the replacement only if the product is found spoilt / not in the eatable condition.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Cancellation Policy
  • For Cancellations please email us on info@shopforchange.in, kindly mention your order Number and contact number.
  • Request for Cancellation for any order should be submitted within 4 hours after placing your order.
  • In Such Case, order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to your shopforchange.in wallet,  within 2 – 3 working days after the cancellation request.
  • In case customer want refund at source for orders cancelled from customer side, then payment gateway charges will get deducted.
  • Requests for replacement should be submitted to us within 12 Hours in case of Perishable products like Fruits and Vegetables and within 24 Hours for all Non Perishable products like Grains, Pulses and Ghee etc.

Refund Policy
  • After receipt of your complaint, we will respond within 2 working days.
  • In the next 7 working days, we will arrange the replacement of the product for genuine complaints proved after investigation.
  • If we fail to provide you solution in 15 working days from the date of receipt of your complaint, then you can claim for refund.
  • Money will be refunded in your shopforchange.in wallet, if customer want refund to its origin of payment, then customer needs to specify the same along with the refund request.
  • If the mode of refund is by Credit Card / Debit card or net banking or any such available option with payment gateway, then please allow 12 to 18 working days for the credit to appear in your account.
