The mangoes we selling are Organically Grown Devgad/Ratnagiri Alphonso sourced directly from farmers.
Please go through the following points:
We do not differentiate fruits based on sizes. If we noticed the fruits are tiny, we would add 1 or 2 extra mangoes to the box.
As the mangoes are organically grown, we can not assure that all mangoes will be equally good and will have the same taste.
Please do not store mangoes in the refrigerator.
As soon as you receive the box, open the box and check all mangoes. If you find any mangoes with black spot, keep them in a separate place and do not mix with other mangoes.
Every day check them thoroughly. Bring ripen mangoes on top.
Unless the mango indicates the ripening signs, please do not take them out from a box.
They will start turning yellowish-orange in about 1-5 Days (depending on the outside temperature), the aroma will tell you that it's ready to eat.
The ripen mangoes will turn the colour and also smells different.
In 1 Dozen box, if more than 4 Mangoes are spoilt, only we will be able to give replacement, that too if you re-order in a 2nd lot else additional delivery charges will be applicable.
For mangoes, only replacement is possible, and no refund will be processed.
